There 1404 wrap-group (WG) group 2696 no-wrap (NWG). In random effects model analysis, incidence hemorrhage rate statistically lower WG [odd ratio 0.51, 95%, CI (0.31, 0.85), Z=2.59, P=0.01]. moderate heterogeneity between studies; however it not significant. Conclusion (using omentum, falciform ligamentum teres seems However, more RCTs robust quality recruiting higher number are required validate these findings because current study presented combined data one studies.
